Yes… it WAS tough. And confronting. And challenging. Yes… it was difficult to listen to myself and even worse to watch myself. But it was a great experience and I loved our small group. It felt ‘safe’ and non-judgemental, which was hugely important. To my surprise I left feeling more confident in myself. So, thank you for the opportunity to participate, for sharing your insights and knowledge, and for your constructive feedback. It is all hugely appreciated.
