“I personally found this session to be the most beneficial. Completely out of my comfort zone and so far from any areas of expertise I have. Really, really worthwhile!

I’m really pleased I was pushed into doing this. It was fantastic! I’ve already had to put some of it into practice with an out of the blue media call last week and I was able to keep calm and work through a process.

This was a great session. It would be good to have longer with Mary.

This was actually my favourite part of the week! I would like to say I don’t really need it at the moment, but it made me aware that I really need to make more of an effort to get info out into the community and really promote what we do.”
